Bonavista Real Estate Management is searching for people to join our grounds keeping crew in Seattle. We need hard working, organized individuals who are self-motivated and self-motivated. The job is at multiple apartment properties in Seattle, employees must have reliable transportation and insurance. (Paid out after 60 days of employment) Responsibilities: • Cleaning interiors of buildings which include: • Lobbies • Hallways • Elevators • Stairwells • Laundry facilities • Glass- doors & windows • Floors • Cleaning exterior of buildings which include: • Sidewalks • Walkways • Driveways • Garages • Flowerbeds • Roof top facilities • Glass- doors & windows • Additional responsibilities include: • Disposing of trash, recyclable items, and yard debris • Changing light bulbs in hallways and other common areas • Yard cleanup and maintenance Qualifications: • Reliable transportation • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record & insurance • Complete a comprehensive pre-employment screening • Authorized to work in the US • Some knowledge of job tools such as: • Leaf blowers • Vacuums • Cleaning tools and solutions • Must be able to lift 50lbs • Must be able to work well in a team as well as individually • Must be able to follow directions • Must communicate real-time issues with their assigned buildings • Must be able to follow a set schedule and adapt to changes in that schedule Benefits: • 8 paid holidays, two weeks paid vacation • 100% employer paid health, dental, vision, and disability insurance • Annual bonuses • Health insurance • Paid time off • Dental insurance • 401(k) • Vision insurance • Life insurance • 401(k) matching • Referral program • Parental leave Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
