We are looking for a pleasant hard working individual to supervise a small and dedicated maintenance team M-F, full-time. Position includes interfacing with clients, customers, and various staff members. Answering phone calls and email, and scheduling work for employees. Strong aptitude for time management, communication, supervising, proactive and reactionary planning, all while helping to promote a fun, safe, and healthy work atmosphere required. Salary is commensurate with experience. After probationary period, paid time off and 401k will be available. This job entails working in an office setting as well as checking up on work in the field. No direct experience necessary. The other folks in the office will help to train and support you in your office role, as well as in the field. Think you have leadership and time management abilities?
