Mansfield Area Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Mill Wright Associate 1st shift: 6am-2:30pm Pay Rate: $25/Hr M-F lots of overtime Job Description: *The industrial mechanic/Mill Wright is responsible for installing, assembling, and dismantling machinery, conveyors systems, pulleys, mechanical clutches, gear boxes, hydraulic and pneumatic control systems. *Assemble machines or equipment from their component parts.. *Use complex instruction books that detail the assembly of the machinery and use tools such as levels, welding machines, and torque wrenches, will also use micrometers and other precision measuring devices to achieve the extreme tolerances required. On large projects, the use of cranes is common. *Work requires practical skill and knowledge and journey-level skill as a Mill Wright/Industrial Mechanic. Requirements: *Ability to work from layout plans, blueprints, drawings, or other specification to determine work procedures.. *Ability to properly move machinery and equipment, using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks. *Able to use properly use tools and equipment such as drills presses, power saws, chain falls, jacks, skids, slings, burning torches, and other types of portable and hand tools. *Complete required preventive maintenance *Must have own tools.
