Pickup & Delivery Driver Position. Large Item Pickup & Cart Retrieval LLC haul away large bulky items consisting of mostly used furniture, appliances, scrap metal, and shopping carts. Job position includes delivery and pickup of appliances for a used appliance store. Driver will be going on an assigned daily route along with additional errands like trips to landfill, metal recycling center, removal of furniture, appliances, etc from inside homes. Ideal candidate needs to have a clean driving record and the ability to drive a pickup truck with a trailer. Job duties include driving pickup truck, helping delivery driver assistant load and unload truck. Condensing furniture / items into dumpsters when able to. Candidates must have: Valid driver's license with clean driving record - No CDL required. Pass background, drug and physical checks Ability to drive pickup truck with trailer along with reverse trailer Work well with two-person pickup / delivery team Driver needs to read, understand and speak English Ability to proficiently use a modern android / iphone cellphone Ability to physically lift and handle larger items Starting pay of $12 per hour but will increase depending on performance.
