Found Pitbull or Pitbull mix in Echo Farms

This guy turned up in my yard yesterday and has been hanging around in my back yard. Hes very timid and won't let me get close enough to check his collar, all I saw was his rabies vacine tag. He isn't neutered and he ears and tail are not clipped.
