JC's Yard Care is looking for a Lawn and Landscape foreman to help lead our company. A few things we are looking for : -Dependability - Attention to detail - Can give direction - Able to work independently or with a team - Strong organizational skills -Good communication skills -Enthusiastic and Professionalism - General knowledge of lawn care and equipment - Drivers license Responsibilities : - Coordinating with Owner and team members about day to day operations - Mowing, pruning, minor landscaping, applying mulch or rock, Flower bed work - Irrigation repair - Fertilizing and application of pesticides to weeds -Taking responsibility of a job and making sure it is done efficiently and correctly - Being able to give direction to team members to ensure job is done efficiently and professionally - Looking over properties to make sure they look their best - Snow plowing - General yard care maintenance Compensation : - Full time, year round work - Paid vacation - 401 k offered -$20-$25 hour ( depending on experience and knowledge ) If you have Irrigation knowledge and pesticide applicator license we will pay $25 hour. We will pay for the books and testing for you to get your pesticide applicators license, if you do not have it already.
