Description

This position is responsible for operations, maintenance and repair of water production and distribution systems. These include the water mains, service lines, meters, wells, reservoirs, SCADA, hydrants, and booster stations. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Understanding water system operations. Ability to read basic water maps and construction drawings. Work independently with little to no supervision. The ability to write clearly, follow instruction – both verbal and written, operate hand and power tools, to do repetitive tasks, to climb water reservoir (40 Feet), work In confined spaces and lift up to 50 pounds. Communicate with customers and contractors as needed. Experience and Education Required: • High School Graduation or Equivalent • Ability to obtain Water Distribution Manager Specialist or Level 1 (within 12 months of employment) • One Year Experience in Water Field Operations or Utilities Construction a plus • Valid Washington State Driver License and acceptable driving record BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Life Insurance, PTO Looking forward to reviewing your resume.
