Blast It Clean Blast It Clean works in an industrial environment and provides cleaning, stripping, and coating services to clients through blasting using different media (sandblasting, hydro blasting, dry ice blasting, etc) and applications. Our company is looking for individuals who are eager to learn this trade and have an interest in career growth with our company. Safety training and training on our processes are available. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment is of the utmost importance. This is a labor-intensive job and very quick-paced. Our projects are unique to each individual client and you will be problem-solving often to ensure your team meets the client's needs. Training will be provided, but a background in construction, painting, and mechanical work is preferred. A background in OSHA rules and regulations is preferred. Looking for applicants that are available to start immediately. Responsibilities Working outdoors and indoors Working in every weather condition Working from heights and lifts Working in confined spaces Daily physical work May work evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays Overtime Available Travel out of town (we provide transportation, lodging, per diem) Lifting 100 + lbs Working with a team in a collaborative environment Must comply with all safety regulations Qualifications MUST have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for scheduled shifts Class E Missouri Driver’s License (preferred) DOT Certified or can obtain within 6 months Education: GED or above Flexible to travel Forklift and bobcat experience is a plus Media blasting experience is a plus Painting experience is a plus Must be able to pass a drug screen Must submit a background check. Compensation $15 - $25 hourly About Blast It Clean Blast It Clean is not your run-of-the-mill cleaning company. We perform industrial cleaning, stripping, and painting.
