Need skilled handyman/painter for rehab work

Need skilled handyman/painter to paint the interior of two houses and perform maintenance (i.e. drywall repairs) prior to painting. You will also have to repair/replace trim and do carpentry work as necessary. Each house has about 6 rooms. I pay pay for materials. Paying $500 labor per house.
