Spray paint using stencils at 40 parking spots, and install 5 signs

I need a Handyman or a team of 2 people to do the following in Tucson ASAP: 1. Install 5 signs on 4 poles, dig 2 meters, and cement each pole, drill the holes in the signs, and attach each sign to the poll using the temper-resistant screws and special screw tool that i have. 2. Spray Paint 4 lanes of text on each of about 40 parking spots, in 2 locations (35 spots in one location, and 5 spots at other location in tucson). I have 4 stencils with words, see pic. We would go together to choose the sprayer and paint. Tell me what is the cheapest place to get the best spray paint? I am thinking to use WHITE color, RED COLOR, and GREEN COLOR for the words. Basically i would pay PER JOB, when its all completed. We would go either early in the morning, like 6am or later at night to pick up the paint and sprayer. It would probably be a good idea to have 2 people do the job. Please send me your offer for the whole job, tell me if you are a one man, or 2-3 man team. I would want to get this done ASAP, when started, like in 1 day or so, Please email me about your self, your contact info, and your offer for the whole job. I am thinking i would be willing to pay about $300 when the job is complete in full!. Let me know if that works out!
