The Assistant Company has been hired by a Paradise Valley Family (2 adults/4 kids: ages 10 - 4) who seeks a full-time, Live-out or Live-in Housekeeper to assist with the daily cleaning, and management of their household. The successful candidate will be experienced in laundry, ironing and pet care with extensive experience working in private households. Please note: The Principals are only seeking LOCAL applicants. Must have experience working in large, high-end homes. BENEFITS AND SALARY: *$25 per hour (possibly more for the right person and experience) *Medical, dental and 401k *Paid vacation time after 1 year *Holiday pay and bonuses *Plus several other benefits RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: *Full-charge Housekeeping throughout the residence daily including all rooms and bathrooms *Changing linens, sheets, and towels *Completing the laundry including washing, pressing, and ironing sheets and clothing *Maintaining tidy and orderly closets throughout residence *Maintaining household inventories and procuring supplies as needed *Running errands, grocery shopping, etc. *Pet care, looking after family pets REQUIREMENTS: *Covid vaccinated *Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal *Minimum 5 years of related professional experience working in a private home as a Housekeeper; no job hopping *Excellent verifiable references (written and phone numbers) required from both current and previous employers *Professional, polished, and discreet *Experience with museum quality cleaning and care for: antiques, silver, fine art, etc. *Exceptional organization skills and multitask management *Exceptional dedication to responsibilities; team player, above and beyond attitude *Valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle *Valid US Work Authorization
