Fusion Property Management Company has an exciting opportunity to join our team as the Service Supervisor for our beautiful community located in the master planned community of Prescott Lakes. Our Service Supervisors ensure that their properties operate smoothly and efficiently from a maintenance standpoint by utilizing their skills and implementing appropriate procedures. The Service Supervisor reports directly to the Community Manager and Regional Manager. Our ideal Service Supervisor candidate will be a team player, have renovation and multi-family experience, can effectively meet and deal with the public, communicate effectively, and possess the ability to handle multiple, potentially stressful situations. Fusion Property Management offers an excellent benefits and compensation package that includes medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), vacations, and holidays. Pay rate starts at $25 per hour depending on experience. We also offer quarterly discretionary bonuses. Service Supervisor Qualifications: 2+ years of Service Supervisor experience in the multi-family industry. Experience completing and overseeing interior and exterior renovations. HVAC experience is preferred. Promote professional attitude and teamwork. Maintain positive relationships with staff, vendors, and residents alike - even in the face of adversity. Thorough knowledge of Fair Housing laws. Hold a valid driver's license and have a reliable vehicle with insurance. OTHER REQUIREMENTS - Hours of Work: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Schedule and location may vary according to individual property and company needs including weekends and “non” company holidays. On call and overtime is required for this position. Physical Requirements – While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, sit, and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts or in outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet, cold, and/or humid conditions, fumes, dust, toxic or caustic chemicals.
