Looking for a contractor to perform walkthroughs for Janitorial cleaning Opportunities as well as Proposal writing. Willing to spend $100-$200 dollars per walkthrough as well as $200+ per proposal. Contractor must have at least 5 years of experience in the commercial space and specifically with creating proposals. Must have at least 10 successful proposals that lead to contracts being landed. The coverage area will be through out Montgomery and PG County MD as well as Washington D.C. Please respond with at least 2 successful proposals written, please feel free to blackout contract specific info to protect you and your previous/current clients. Will also provide additional compensation in the form of a bonus in the case a proposal written lands a contract
