Job Description Custom Construction Services is a concrete and hardscape company that works throughout the Twin Cities metro. We are an active company that takes full advantage of our Spring through Fall work calendar in order to bring our customers the best in craftsmanship and value for their concrete and hardscape needs. We have been in business for over fifteen years performing work on projects such as driveways, patios, retaining walls, pavers, steps, walkways, and more. It is work that we take great pride in, and we are committed to applying our knowledge and expertise to each project. Currently, we are in search of new hardscape foreman to join our team for the upcoming season. We are looking for smart, hard- working individuals interested in a company that offers the opportunity to grow over the long term, as well as a welcoming, friendly work environment. Primary Responsibilities: · Managing crews to ensure proper build and progress of projects · Coordinating hardscape orders, trucking, scheduling, etc in order to establish efficient work flow · Communicating with management to provide updates and information on project details · Demolition of existing concrete, stone, or asphalt surfaces as needed on jobsites · Grading/ determining the proper elevations for newly installed concrete projects to ensure proper slope and drainage for the property · Operating machinery and tools such as bobcats, skid loaders, saws, tampers, screeds, etc · Building retaining walls to hold back sections of yard, flower beds, and more · Building paver projects such as driveways, patios, walkways, etc · Installing stone and block steps to create better access to customers' homes and yards · Yard repair including sod, seeding, yard leveling, etc Custom Construction Services strives to provide our employees with the earnings they deserve.
