EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS • Assemble and install components to exact specifications • Operating power tools comfortably and with confidence • Basic hand tools, sockets, drivers, etc • Understand torque and Loctite specifications • De-paneling, Swagging and Arbor pressing Electronic boards • Ability to read and follow written instructions • Ability to read, speak, and understand English to enable clear communication OTHER REQUIREMENTS • Attention to detail and accuracy is of high importance for quality purposes • Should be able to lift and manipulate 15-30 lbs routinely • Must be able to frequently stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel or crouch while handling loads. • Able to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to change jobs swiftly without hesitation or error
