We work within a vast array of industries and provide part-time, full-time, and temp-to-hire positions. Starting Base Salary $70,000 plus major bonus opportunity and monthly business allowance. Sales and Recruiting experience required! Multi-Branch Management experience required! 60-75% local travel required! The District Manager is responsible for providing leadership, planning, organization, and direction to activities and strategies for branch staff to ensure the operational and financial performance is maintained and goals for profit margin and revenue are achieved. Along with meeting or exceeding other company goals. Managing branch development and operations within established budgets and staying in compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures in accordance with all applicable federal, state, or local laws. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Oversees day-to-day operations of 4-6 branch locations and assists when needed. Process all hourly payroll and approve timesheets. Administering the hiring, developing, counseling, promoting, and terminating of internal and external employees to ensure a professional and competent workforce and success of employees. Conduct weekly staff meetings to ensure open communication for information to be shared clear and concisely. Respond to and effectively mitigate complaints from employees, customers, or vendors when escalated. Ensure that profit margins, market sharing, P&Ls, net operating income, sales budgets, control costs, and revenue goals are met and/or exceeded. Utilize and develop a relational sales approach to increase sales opportunities and perform outside sales calls across a diverse customer base for maximum profitability. Divide time equitably between operations and sales to ensure profitability, growth and professional development. Implement and manage a detailed marketing campaign to identify trends/competition in designated markets to maximize opportunities and minimize risks. Ensure worker safety by performing job site safety evaluations, educating and coaching workers, reporting injuries to risk management and providing proper PPE to employees. Ensure best match dispatch through effective training and mentoring and provide high-quality customer service to all employees, customers, and vendors. Effectively manage P&Ls, budgets and control costs to guarantee the achievement of sales, profit margin, and market share goals. Implement, oversee training for Account Managers. Create programs and conduct employee evaluations as needed to develop the compliance and skills of the Branch staff. Revise Branch practices and guidelines when appropriate to adapt to new programs/goals/initiatives and implement new programs. Recognize Branch-Level accomplishments. Evaluate and benchmark Branch for performance, compliance, and innovation. Foster an environment of inclusion and conduct audits for operations, personnel performance, corrective action plans. Establish and maintain positive work-appropriate relationships both internally and externally to ensure the highest quality of customer service to employees, customers, and vendors. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: 60-75% local travel to oversee all 4-6 branch locations in Oregon Understanding of Google Suite & Microsoft Office programs Typing with accuracy and proficiency Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent Customer service and listening skills Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills Develop strategies to disseminate information Impeccable time management skills MUST HAVE STAFFING INDUSTRY AND MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE!! Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; or equivalent experience highly preferred.
