Need to REHOME my Aussie/ lab mix puppies

I recently got evicted from my home. I moved everything to a storage unit and I thought my "so called" brother was gonna foster my dogs until I could get them back unfortunately that was not the case. He went and got to new puppies which left mine HIGH AND DRY. I'm asking a rehoming fee of $150 per dog unless you take both of them than the rehoming fee we can talk about.
