Looking for a place to store a 40' container

ISO storage place to put a container. I have a friend who has a fully loaded 40' container and needs to move it from our property, which has been sold. He is struggling to find a place to move it to. Anyone got any leads? Text or email preferred. I screen my calls, and won't answer a number I don't recognize. Thanks, Leah
