Putting cement and tiling basement closet

I have this basement closet that has had moisture issues in the past. I used drylock but I think I may not want to put drywall over to prevent mold issues. I was think of having more cement on it to make it straight and level and cover brick and put tiles over. Wood on the walls would have to be removed. Please tell me any suggestions you have and if this is a good or bad idea. Also your price and pictures of previous work.
