WH Properties is seeking a reliable and responsive Super with experience in light plumbing, light electric, carpentry, and general building maintenance. There will be opportunity for both hourly work in diagnosing issues, along with fixed repairs, and apartment renovations. Building has a very active management and likes to repair problems right away! you will be busy! Management pays quickly after tasks are completed. Perfect for someone with a flexible schedule looking to make some extra real money.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with tenant issues like leaky sinks, pipes, radiators etc
-Assisting with general improvements to the building requested by ownership
-Will have an opportunity for apartment renovations
- Weekly/Bi weekly cleanings
- Working with building boilers a plus
-Must have car to travel around and pick up materials
-We have 50 apartments across 4 buildings within a few blocks of each other that will be your main focus
