MillerGroup Construction, a General Contractor company is currently seeking a Superintendent to manage commercial projects in the range of 1 – 10 million. These projects include ground up construction, technical, medical, educational and retail/restaurant interiors. Responsibilities: - The experienced Superintendent will be strong with scheduling and oversite of multiple trade subcontractors and vendors. - Understands the project plan and specifications - Participate in construction scheduling, project planning, and buyout during the preconstruction phase as well as making scopes and schedules for subcontractors - Must have experience with developing a good flow to the project by coordinating and pre-scheduling with the trades. - Excellent time management and coordinated scheduling is required. - Experienced in analyzing problems and makes decisions in a timely manner based on objectives, risks, implications, and costs. - Able to field engineer construction issues to keep job progress moving forward. - Ensure that work meets quality specifications and complies with project documents - Able to develop and stay on top of punch list. Qualifications: - Self-motivated. - Must have experience in commercial projects, ground up and remodel - Must have good communication skills to interact with project manager, architect, inspectors, etc. Please send your resume to [email protected]
