Come join our commercial painting team! Select Painting is looking for a few painters, lead painters, and site supervisors to join our team. If you have experience with a two-part product, blueprint readings, spraying, and leadership experience we would love to have you join us as a supervisor or leader painter. If you have experience painting and/or construction painting experience you may qualify to be an apprentice painter. As a supervisor or leader painter you will be expected to: - Manage or co-lead large commercial painting projects - Lead and work with a crew of 2-4 other painters - Train painters as needed - Be accountable for the quality of the entire project - Work with general contractors to meet their needs and also make sure the needs of Select Painting are being met - Employees may travel daily or to some overnight jobs. 2+ years of commercial painting experience preferred
