*** Current Hours 9a-6p M-F *** Production Machine Operator We have an immediate need for a person to operate and maintain high-speed mail production machinery in our team environment in Morrisville, NC. The position is full-time, and offers medical; vision; dental benefits, and paid time off. We are willing to train the right candidate for the job. The successful candidate will be able to: - Lift a minimum of 50 lbs. - Possess a high degree of mechanical ability - Work quickly at a high level of accuracy - Have an above-average attention to detail - Have above-average attendance - Work well with little supervision - Read, write, and communicate with others in an efficient manner Preferred skills - Mechanical and machine operation experience (production experience preferred but not necessary) - The ability to learn quickly and apply experiences in a production environment - Possess a production and manufacturing mindset - Mindful of quality production standards - The ability to transform into a leadership role in the organization Job Type: Full-time (Will Train) Pay: Dependant on experience COVID-19 considerations: Facility is not open to the public. Common surfaces are sanitized regularly and between shifts. Shifts are separated and work stations are distanced.
