Handyman wanted for misc. projects

I always have projects coming up that I need help with including painting, cleaning, yard work,, and some misc. handyman type projects. Usually due to eviction clean outs. Looking for someone looking to make some extra cash and looking for part time work here and there. Mostly projects within 15 miles of Janesville. I can pay cash if needed. please text me with your experience, skills, and if you have your own tools. Pay is up to $30.00 an our depending on skills and experience and the job and I can pay in cash if needed. I do not start at $30.00. Last year I had one guy roofing making $240.00 an hour, but he knew his stuff and was a very efficient at his job. When one person can perform a task 10 times faster than the average person and have the same quality, that is worth a lot. Also, if I don't have any work at a given time, I have a number of licensed and insured contractors and other landlords looking for help. I hire here and there and have full time work for someone extremely trustworthy. If your serious about working, I can definitely help you out either with one of my projects or referring you to someone who could use a hand.This is not a payroll position but a 1099 or just cash.
