Cats and one kitten

My mother has about 3 cats (chips who's 3years old not fixed he's the only on red sheet), One is about 4-5 month old(name is slow she's the black&gold, thinks she's a dog ). The other is chips son Sebastian he's 2years old. She's asking a rehoming fee to insure a great loving home. There only good with small dogs under 15 lbs. No big dogs. Needing to find homes asap. All are well taken care of. Mother asks that you keep in touch from time to time as there her babies. Also there's one female cat 2 years old, that's the mom to the baby kitten my mother has (she's in heat again ). I need to find her a home as well as my dogs don't like her, asking $30 she'll come with an unopened bag of cat litter, whatever is left in her big bag of cat food, her toys, food dish, flea drop meds that I started her on I haven't seen any fleas since I put her on it. Needing to find home by this Saturday no later I cannot keep. I've had my dogs way longer so the cat needs to find new home. Not good with dogs but good with humans
