Landscape Crew Member We Are: • A full-service landscaping team specializing in weekly maintenance • A team who produces some of the best and highest quality work in the Portland metro area • A growing family business who provides a relaxed work environment You Have: • The love to work outdoors in all conditions • A Great attitude and ability to be a team player • The drive to produce High quality work • The ability to lift/carry 50lbs throughout the day • The desire to learn all things landscaping from mowing to trimming hedges to laying sod • A drivers license and can drive to and from our shop in Troutdale We Provide: • Starting wages of $15 with a $1 raise after 90 days and peer review • Opportunities to make $23 per hour with the correct skills and work ethic • A great Monday thru Friday work schedule starting at 6:30 A.M • Health insurance including dental • 40 hours of paid vacation per year, Crew leads typically earn 65-80 hours of vacation • Flexible scheduled time off with a 1-month notice The Work: We provide a full array of different landscape services including weekly maintenance (commercial/residential), one-time clean ups, pressure washing, ornamental tree trimming, gutter cleaning, sod installation, and many more. Over the years you will be exposed to all different types of services and working with all our crew members.
