Tamale My Life Food Booth Operator Job Type: Entry Level, Full Time Job, 35-40 hours per week Description: This position works directly with our Operations Director to make sure the trailer is out for daily field sales on time. You’ll be responsible for picking up the trailer from a designated parking location, driving to the restaurant, picking up inventory, driving to the sales location, and returning the trailer to the parking position. We provide market popup, catering, food truck, and monthly subscriptions services to businesses and families throughout the Puget Sound. Learn more about us at www.tamalemylife.com Main Responsibilities: Show up on time Setup booth at events, breweries, and markets Provide outstanding customer service to our loyal base of customers Serve tamales on busy nights to hungry happy customers Learn the business thoroughly to answer questions regarding future opportunities You are: Organized & Timely Love to smile & talk High Energy and Loves Stepping Up Are generally active and love moving Looking to grow and learn more skills Your Experience: 1 Year minimum of customer facing role Must have/be willing to get a valid food workers card Must love Mexican Food & Tamales particularly Compensation: This position starts at $18.00 - $20.00 depending on experience with 3, 6, and 12 month reviews. Pay frequency is Biweekly / twice per month. Other compensation: -Bonuses available based on timeliness, sales, cleanliness, and passing health inspections.
