FULL TIME TRIMMERS WANTED !! OKC METRO (Oklahoma City) compensation: $12 HOURLY + wage increases based on productivity employment type: full-time We are a Cannabis Business in the Oklahoma City Metro looking for Full Time employees to assist in the harvesting and trimming of Medical Cannabis. Looking for people who are • HONEST • RELIABLE • HARD WORKING • SELF MOTIVATED • OPEN AVAILABILITY • HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION • ABILITY TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTION • ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK • HAVE A PASSION FOR CANNABIS AND CANNABIS CULTURE Job Requirements: •Efficiently trims and de-fans plants (wet trim) •Works well in a team environment •Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse while trimming/harvesting •Required to trim off the stem once plants are dry •Responsible for maintaining quality product •May be assigned other job duties as necessary •Operate with integrity and honesty •Communicate known issues to the management team to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the company •Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of all areas REQUIRED SKILLS •Knowledge and familiarity with Cannabis •Familiarity with warehouse procedures •Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity •At least 21 years of age •Demonstrated passion for serving the medical cannabis community •Ability to work within a team and without •Must be able to pass a background check •Must not have been convicted of any felony offense •Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment •Organization and planning skills •Ability to build relationships •Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Physical requirements: •Responsible for all clean-up of trim areas at the end of each day •Able to sit, stand, reach, and lift for long periods of time •Able to use scissors and do a repetitive 'cutting motion' for hours at a time •Able to lift up to 50 lbs **Individuals will be expected to produce 2 lbs. of trimmed flower per shift **All required equipment will be furnished to you Hours: 40 hours/week.
