Artisans, artists and contractors of EVERY type wanted (cutten-Eureka suburbs) about an hour ago Owner of large10,000 square foot + decks French Gothic ornamented exterior with Louis 13-16 gilded interiors, seeks workers in many categories to finish a Louis 13-16 palatial decorated mansion, underway, for 41 years, already: A social media specialist; a "cell phone instructor"; social site coordinator, assistant or manager; an experienced interior designer of or with palatial French, Louis 13-16th gilded and ornamented wall, ceiling and floor decorations, furnishings (currently owned) and related matching plumbing, electrical, counter tops splashes, storage, artistically compatible appliances and related interior construction, development, planning and finishing; and one medical worker, or someone with related skills. ALL inside workers including those below must be doubly Covid vaccinated and BOOSTED to apply. Also needed: one or more gardeners, or trainees to rehabilitate an overgrown 3 1/2 acres of massive gardens, including 15,000 planted Eastern USA & Japanese fall-color trees, bushes, 6000 roses, bulbs, ground covers and many other things. (see more below); a personal executive assistant to assist owner with the planning and management of all of the above, including potentially bookkeeping, filing, banking, etc. Workers we need and can otherwise support, according to our current employment needs (herein), also include, but are not limited to: formal classical and Renaissance interior decoration, design, execution and construction of detailed colorful hand-painting of SPECIFICALLY compatible intricate, 14th-18th Century French decorated palatial plaster ornaments; finished plastering and airless power spray-painting of 20,000 square feet of interior walls & ceilings; graphic arts of all sorts; artistic classical ornament design, sorting of and cataloguing of what we have now; designing, making prototypes and then final rubber or flexible fiberglass MOLDS of all kinds, for interior plaster or similar ornaments or for exterior cast stone use; artistic photography, editing and artistic color & forms-blending, & layer’s manipulations of various or any kind, including advanced avante garde photo-shopping, or more recent digital programming techniques, involving multiple layers of photos and other effects, on or using my 200,000 panoramic and related art-photography. YOUR mastery of any modern 2022 photographic computer programs (Adobe, Affinity, Cyberlink, Luminar, Nik, etc) would be potentially useful to me, as I am still editing and potentially creating close to 1 million special photographs, based upon many panoramic, local redwood park (plus our OWN redwood groves), Elk River watershed and other nature shots or GROUPS; Professional Gold leafing skills are also STILL needed. I already have about ten (10) thousand square feet of heavily ornamented gold-leafed ceilings, walls, over-doors and murals DONE NOW, that need finishing by someone NEW, energetic and motivated; Interior design skills, with planning, experience drawing scale plans, supervising strong experienced skilled installers, plumbers, cabinet makers and door hangers, ETC, are also useful and needed. Rose garden hand pruning, fertilization, weeding and related maintenance thereof, such as portable, electric power spraying with fungicides, etc, also needed. I also have 15,000 eastern USA fall-color and other trees, bushes, bulbs and ground covers planted under 300 large, tall redwoods, which have become neglected and over-grown, so any related floriculture, agriculture experience, weeding, path-making & maintenance skills could potentially also be valuable; Outside, there is still considerable masonry, ashlar stone laying and large heavy cast stone ornaments to be installed, plus one enormous 60’ tall chimney to complete, likely by an appropriate licensed contractor; tiling experience and proficiency with designing, drawing plans, purchasing and building countertops or splashes for kitchen or bathroom is useful; skill with interior finished carpentry, related to DOOR construction and door framing and surrounds useful, and also needed now; Further, in particular; ANYTHING MUSICALLY RELATED, especially unique, original compositional talents or instrumental skills, may also be supported, if of provably HIGH QUALITY!
