Description
Well established Self Storage Facility has a Part-Time Maintenance position for a positive, motivated, and independent individual with relevant experience. Responsibilities included, but are not limited to:
- General facility maintenance. Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Perform daily security lock check/audit check of property
- Minor maintenance and custodial duties; cleans vacated units on a timely basis
- Keeps golf carts, company units, and grounds clean and free of debris at all time
- Take necessary action to meet company standards of appearance and cleanliness
- Clean restrooms and stock with supplies as needed
- Physical activity, lifting, cleaning & maintenance will be required
- Show storage unit samples to customers
- Performs other duties assigned
