In Inside Parts Sales, you would: • Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again • Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met • Upsell our premium products to close the best deal possible • Sell heavy duty parts • Assist customers with parts selection, both over the phone and in-person • Provide support to Outside Sales Personnel • Occasionally deliver parts with a company vehicle Ideally, you will have: • A high school diploma or GED • One year of work experience in sales • Excellent communication skills, listening skills, and customer service skills • A high level of motivation • The ability to communicate and work well with a diverse group of individuals • Experience with Heavy Duty Truck parts a plus, not required Reasonable Accommodations Statement To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
