Tools, Materials, Equipment, and $200 Payment

Hello, I am selling my property and need the basement emptied. There's probably $2k worth of tools/materials/furniture/equipment. Everything there is stuff we bought over the last year for rehabbing the property. I've already taken about half the stuff in the pics to the dump that wasn't useful so should be much less work. Only contingency is that I need everything hauled, no cherry-picking, to come and take everything, including whatever miscellaneous garbage there is as well. Need this done today (Thursday).
