Job description Small private marina and condominium complex is seeking a custodian. Applicant must be able to work independently as well as with a team. Ideal candidate will have prior custodian experience, possess customer service skills and exhibit a professional attitude. Responsibilities include: Waste removal (empty condo and grounds trash) Cleaning (elevator cabs and lobbies, pool bathrooms, stairwells, etc.) Grounds maintenance (blowing leaves, pressure cleaning) Assist maintenance supervisor with light maintenance duties We are a drug-free workplace and candidate could be subject to random drug testing.
