Thursday Nights DistilledTo distill something is to take the most important parts of it and put them in a different and usually improved form. Throughout the winter, we will have events on various topics related to distilling or enjoying our spirits in different ways. All Things BourbonThursday, February 10 6:30 – 8 p.m. Let’s talk bourbon. In this interactive class we’re going to be talking and tasting all things bourbon. We will discuss the hows and whys of bourbon production and process. We’ll also be tasting bourbon at different stages of the aging process. You’ll also receive a free cocktail or spirit pour of your choice at the conclusion of the class. Definitions and classifications • Distillation methods and stills – Does it matter? • Bourbon styles • All about barrels and how they influence the final product • Neat, Rocks, Cocktails: What’s the best way to drink bourbon?
