Female Singer Wanted for 90's Grunge influenced band

I'm a guitar player who was in an electronic rock band for a few years. We had a NIN meets Chemical Brothers thing going on, toured a little bit and had a couple songs placed in TV shows. I gave up music 7-8 years ago to become a videographer working in politics. I'd like to start a new band inspired by the bands I grew up with - Alice In Chains, Soundgarden, AC/DC, Nirvana, Radiohead, Pearl Jam, Rage Against the Machine, Muse, The Who. I have a drummer and bass player in mind who are both amazing pros. Just looking for the right singer who has similar influences, preferably female because I don't think male singers can sing like that anymore. Would be awesome if it's someone I could write songs with and collaborate.
