The Urban Chamber of Commerce of Volusia/Flagler Counties 2022 Enrolment Day and Community Business Town Hall The Urban Chamber of Commerce of Volusia/Flagler Counties 2022 Enrolment Day and Community Business Town Hall When: January 28,2022 Where: 3000 Bellemead Dr Daytona Beach Shores, Florida 32118 Time: 7::30am-9:00am Building Bridges for pathways of Equity, The Urban Chamber of Commerce of Volusia/Flagler Counties, holds its 2022 Inaugural Membership Enrollment Day, the Chamber seeks to build a community of Urban Business leaders to strengthen the economy in the Urban Marketplace. The Urban Chamber of Commerce of Volusia/Flagler Counties is set to establish new relationships across the business sector of Volusia and Flagler County. The Chamber believes it is Vitally important to build strong collaborations with local business owners, local stakeholders, and local government to realize true transformation as it relates to growth and equity for all business leaders.  The Urban Chamber of Commerce of Volusia/Flagler County is optimistic about the future of Volusia/Flagler Counties.   and celebrate the effort of a local minority-owned businesses that have contributed immensely to the development of the community. In 2021 The Urban Chamber of Commerce held it’s first Community Business Roundup, The Urban Chamber of Commerce of Volusia/Flagler Counties recognized it’s the organizations first "Blue Ribbon Business" , Mr. Oliver Ross, CEO of The Crab Stop, a staple on Daytona Beach's main thoroughfare, International Speedway Boulevard,   The Crab Stop  has expanded from its first location on MLK Boulevard  in the historic Midtown Business District.  Also recognized was Gilley’s Shoe Shop, a Black- owned shop which has been in business in the downtown area of Daytona Beach for nearly 100 years.   "We need to create a marketplace that can capture the tourism dollars that we as a Black business group have never captured,” said Kennedy Jacobs Sr., founder of the Urban Chamber Oof Commerce of Volusia/Flagler Counties.
