Sell Raffle tickets for charity at Blazers game! The Community Cycling Center's mission is to broaden access to bicycling and its benefits. Our work looks like after-school Bike Clubs, Free Bike Camps, Food Pantry Delivery by Bike and Low-Income Commuter Services at our bike shop -- and so much more! One of the ways we are funding these bike programs is by selling raffle tickets at the Blazers vs. Clippers games, and we're looking for 25 volunteers to help sell tickets! This is a really fun way to support a local nonprofit, especially if you love basketball! Here's what you can expect: Arrive at the Moda Center at 5pm: 1 N Center Ct St, Portland, OR 97227Be expected to volunteer for up to 4 hours, or earlier. The timing depends on when halftime occurs. Volunteers only sell tickets until halftime.Be able to stand and walk for the entirety of your volunteer shift.Show proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 rapid test. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian with you.Claim your volunteer spot by signing up, and Community Cycling Center staff will stay in communication with you so you will feel prepared for this fun opportunity! The Community Cycling Center will know the week of if the Moda Center can offer you free tickets to enjoy the rest of the game. We love Portland and bikes. So, we put our two loves together, creating a non-profit organization on a mission to broaden access to bicycling and its benefits. Our vision: to help build a vibrant community where people of all backgrounds use bicycles to stay healthy and connected. We believe that all Portlanders—regardless of income or background—should have the opportunity to experience the joy, freedom, and health benefits of bicycling.
