How do you design solutions that solve actual human problems? How do you design solutions with the customer in mind? Startup School is now in session! Designing for Humans- UX/UI: Are you building products that people will actually use because it solves their problem or are you just creating "cool" things? During this two-hour workshop, you will learn the core principles of design thinking, how to empathize with the customer, develop value propositions aligned with the needs of your customers, and how to implement a process of designing for humans. This workshop will further break down: How to use the process of customer discovery and interviewing to determine the most valuable assets of a problem to address based on quality feedback.Learn how to target your most relevant customers, users, partners, and indirect competitors. Learn other human-centered design principlesAre you seeking to move your idea forward but need hands-on support? You will create a customer discovery and design thinking guideline of your own that matches the needs of your early stage tech company. Learning Outcome: Create a customer discovery guide, product roadmap, and overview of your needs to move forward designing for humans. You will leave this workshop prepared to begin uncover your customer's most pressing pain and perceived gains. Come join us for our tech-entrepreneur startup school program in-person or Zoom. This workshop is free and open to all excited to learn about launching a business or retracing their steps to align with the needs of their customers. About Dominick Ard'is CEO, ACT House Managing Partner, ACT Ventures Dominick J.
