Collaboration Indian food Feast with Live music by 'David Lawrence & the Spoonful' Featuring BV's Coleman Smith Get ready for a truly special evening of Community, Food & Music. Guitarist and Songwriter David Lawrence spent his early 20's traveling throughout India and studied Indian Cuisine at one of the subcontinent's most prestigious Culinary schools, The Culinary Academy of India. After returning to the states, he settled down in Denver and eventually landed the head chef job at the iconic Vine Street Pub. 5 years ago, following his passion for music, he left his position and became a full-time professional musician fronting CO's most popular gypsy jazz band LAPOMPE. His latest project 'The Spoonful' is set to release their full length album this Summer, and this show will also serve as a preview for the new album! Chef and Owner of the Asian Palate Eddie Sandoval will be helping David in the Kitchen and joining the band on some tunes. This special cross over evening will feature unreleased music and lots of love! The meal will be served family style and include bountiful options for both meat eaters and vegetarians. Most dishes will be gluten-free but most items include dairy. Special dietary requests cannot be accommodated.
