Authentic relating (eye gazing, active listening, etc) Functional mushroom workshop with tools on how to use them in your everyday life Journaling Guided meditation and visualization Yoga flow Let’s start your week off right! Join us as we practice movement and meditation while enjoying the effects of plant-medicine. This sacred space will be held by not just one - but two of Denvers’ loveliest light workers. You’ll be served a warm and delicious cacao mushroom latte upon entry. Once everyone has settled into their space, Daria will briefly educate class about the incredible benefits of medicinal mushrooms. Then, we will begin with heart opening journaling prompts and an authentic connection exercise. Finally, Soly will guide a beginner-friendly flow ~*Don’t trip - these mushrooms are not psychedelic.To give the mushroom space to do their work, we will not be consuming any cannabis in the church. Please bring your own mat, water, and an open heart & mind❤️ 🌱About Daria: Daria is a health conscious yogi and mushroom expert on a mission to create the new earth through embodying a plant based, holistic, sustainable, and conscious lifestyle. Daria cultivates sacred spaces to educate, inspire, and empower others to become more mindful of what they are putting in and on their body through movement, holistic practices, and lifestyle change to get to the root cause of their pain. Through her seminars, coaching, and workshops, Daria empowers you to take a different perspective with an open heart to deprogram childhood beliefs, build consistent health habits, and reconnect to your body to feel safe, loved, confident, and connected to nature About Soly: Soly first discovered yoga as a teenager with severe health problems. Both then and now, yoga has been her favorite form of therapy and self-love. She has studied both Sacred Hot Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga and has completed 500 hours of training since 2017. Her goal as a teacher is to gift every student with a sense of ease and belonging in both their body and in the world around them. See you on the mat! :)
