Eta Theta Omega Chapter Vaccination and Booster Drive (You will be contacted to verify your appointment) Eta Theta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. in partnership with Leland Medical Clinic will sponsor a Vaccination Drive on Friday, February 4, 2022 from 4:30-6:30PM. Leland Medical Clinic’s mobile unit and staff will be on site to provide COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters. MASKS REQUIRED Please bring vaccination card and a form of IDEveryone under the age of 18 must have an adult to accompany/sign for them. Vaccines available: Pfizer for ages 5-17Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J for ages 18 and olderBooster eligibility: Pfizer: 12 years and older- if 2nd dose of vaccine was received at least 5 months agoModerna: 18 years and older- if 2nd dose of vaccine was received at least 5 months agoJ&J: 18 years and older- if initial dose of vaccine was received at least 2 months agoChildren under 12 years are not eligible for a booster vaccine *If you have had COVID-19 and received an IV medication (monoclonal antibodies medication), you must wait 90 days before being vaccinated or getting the booster. *If you currently have COVID-19 or COVID-19 symptoms, please do not receive a COVID-9 vaccine and follow up with your primary care provider.
