Job Description – General Laborer Job Title: General Laborer Location: Hiring for Larimore, ND Terms: Full Time Requirements: Average 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM shift with more hours required during seed and harvest season. About the Role: Report to Plant Manager and complete tasks manager requests. Work with other employees to get beans processed and on their way to their customer. Generally, working in the bagging room- running automatic bagger and robotic palletizer while packaging is taken place. Unloading bulk trucks and using forklift to load boxcars and dry vans. Maintain a clean and organized plant and work area. Complete continuous food safety training and be able to complete reporting records. Responsibilities:  Dumping Trucks (into conveyors)  Operating Forklift  Operating Payloader  Bagging & Stacking Beans on Pallets * Must be able to lift 50 lb. bags.  Sweeping & Cleaning  Probing trucks  Loading Railcars  Other duties as required and as instructed Benefits:  Excellent health and dental coverage  401K and Pension plan  Life, AD&D and Long Term Disability
