Please join the Log House Craft Gallery on February 25th for our next cooking event. Chef Johnathon will be teaching how to make a Cajun pasta dish just in time for Fat Tuesday. This classic dish will include chicken, Andouille sausage, peppers and onions in a creamy cheese sauce. Chef Johnathon will be teaching some basic knife skills as well. You will learn the proper way to dice and julienne onions and bell peppers as well as making a Fontina Mornay sauce. After making the dish, you will get to try the dish served with a starter salad and garlic bread. Chef will also be bringing chocolate tarts with a cherry vodka sauce to finish the meal. This will be an event you won’t want to miss!
