Bilingual Machine Operators Warehouse (BROOKSHIRE, TX) 2nd Shift $15.50-18.00 HOURLY+ OT We are seeking an Automated Machine Operator Brookshire to join our team! You will help oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control. Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate plant operations and activities Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion Load and unload equipment and materials Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the plant Log and record readings for equipment and procedures ​Qualifications: Previous experience in plant operations or other related fields Familiarity with plant tools and equipment Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Ability to handle physical workload Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Bilingual Machine Operators Warehouse (WALLER, TX) 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift available $16.00-19.50 HOURLY+ OT We are seeking a Machine Operators to join our team! You will operate production machines for a recycling company Responsibilities: Operate machine and utilize tools to process recyclables Modify parts and materials to improve overall production Test completed equipment to detect and remove defects Perform routine maintenance on machinery Calculate dimensions and tolerance using measuring instruments ​Qualifications: Previous experience in machinery or other related fields Familiarity machine tools and equipment Strong analytical and mathematical skills Working in a plastic recycle or any other Manufacturing company Strong attention to detail Bilingual a Plus English/Spanish Plastic sorters (WALLER, TX) 5:50am-6:20pm $12.50-14.50 HOURLY+ OT POSITION SUMMARY: The Sorter is responsible for safely and efficiently processing incoming recyclable materials so that outbound commodities are acceptable for sale to various brokers or mills. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Sort and segregate recoverable materials (plastic,.) from incoming waste. • Deposit recoverable materials safely and efficiently into appropriate chute. • Assist other sorters on an as-needed basis with heavy or bulky items. • Follow all Company safety policies and procedures, including stopping the conveyor belt in emergency situations. •Inspect incoming loads for unacceptable waste; remove unacceptable items as required. • Communicate with equipment operators regarding incoming loads of special waste or other loads that require special attention. • Perform other job-related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: • Previous experience working in a Recycling Facility sorting recyclable materials. Extruder Operator Location: (WALLER TX) Pay-Rate $16.00-$22.00- Full-Time +OT MUST BE FLEXIBLE WITH WORK HRS 1ST,2ND SHIFT (MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS + HOLIDAYS) We are seeking an Extruder Operator to join our team! You will maintain and repair industrial production and processing machinery. Responsibilities: · · Adjust, calibrate and test equipment at the beginning of every shift to ensure proper pressure, speed, temperature and general operation. · Examine visually, weigh and measure components created from equipment at the end of the week to ensure machines are producing according to company and industry regulations and standards, making adjustments as needed. · Work with team members,shift supervisors and all necessary personnel to take care of complications as they arise. · Communicate with fellow team members to learn of any equipment problems or malfunctions, and take care of them as they come up. · Use regulated cleaning solutions, grease guns, oil cans, air hoses and cleaning cloths to properly maintain and clean equipment on a bimonthly basis. · Make repairs to equipment when necessary, and replace all defective, broken or worn-out components. · Choose and install cutters, molds and all other necessary equipment parts so machines are always operating at peak efficiency.
