For over 20 years we have offered technical and amazing muay thai classes for all levels. Our training center offers several different types of muay thai classes. Our coaches focus on teaching proper technique and then drilling. This class will incorporate a variety of explosive training drills to enhance your muay thai skills. Participants can count on being inspired and encouraged to have a great muay thai training experience. POWGYMCHICAGO.com Class is physical and requires you to wear comfortable workout clothes.Free parking behind building off of Jackson - we share it with the EXTRA STORAGE company.Upon arrival you will do a waiver.Then we will show you where you can store your personal items. Lockers available as well (bring your own lock).Class will take place in a matted studio - only clean indoor shoes allowed or you can go without your shoes.
