Position: Commercial HVAC Installer/Foreman) Job Description: HVAC Company in the Las Vegas/Henderson Valley looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic. Has a strong understanding of the construction industry and the HVAC trade. The ability to work nights, weekends and overtime is a must. Must have 3-5yrs experience in the commercial HVAC industry. Company provides a competitive compensation package after 90 days (Medical, Dental, Vision, Aflac, 401K) Job Requirements: Required 3-5 years of Commercial HVAC experience. High School Diploma or GED. The ability to speak and understand English. Have OSHA 10/30 certification and scissor/fork lift certification (not required, will train). Ability to understand and follow specific directives pertaining to our trade. Knowledge of construction site safety and proper PPE protocols. Ability to work with minimal supervision, but stay productive. Job duties (not limited to): • Installation of ductwork (spiral pipe, flex, square duct, exhaust duct, grease duct, Etc.) • Installation of roof top equipment, split systems, evaporative coolers, exhaust fans, relief hood ventilators, curbs and roof jacks, Etc. • Installation of process piping, condensate, line sets (soft/ridged copper) • Installation of artistic flashing, roof cap flashing • Ability to work with crew members to complete projects in/on a timely manner while under pressure • Ability to follow proper PPE protocol and guidelines • Ability to work in an elevated situation (not afraid of heights) • The ability to work in the heat/cold
