Description

Senior community needs a porter/maintenance person immediately. Duties include but are not limited to: pick up community grounds; maintain inside area; sweep, vacuum, mop, shampoo floors and elevators; clean restrooms, kitchen, glass doors. Walk hallways and stairwells to check for safety issues; help with unit make ready's; trash out, furniture removal; paint, clean. Help maintenance as needed. Walk units with pest control once a week.
