Roofers for small crew needed

Looking for 1-2 roofers for small crew in tucson. Preferred roofer who knows how to install shingles, tile, underlayment etc but not necessary. Typical work week is Monday-friday 6-8 hour days. Most jobs are roof coatings, small repairs, sometimes roof tear off. We meet at the office in the morning and take the work truck to job site. Pay is $130-$200 a day depends on experience.
