BodyAware Inc, a well-established online company specializing in the design and marketing of European-style men's underwear, sportswear, and athletic wear, is currently seeking a reliable part-time Distribution & Customer Service Associate to work in our small distribution center. Responsibilities include: - Assisting with sorting, counting, and replenishing stock - Organizing incoming stock, which may involve going up and down stairs, bending, or standing on ladders to reach shelves - Assisting with picking and packing orders - Assisting with preparing shipping labels - Answering phone - Composing and answering emails - Interfacing with customers through instant messaging system LiveChat - Organizing incoming stock, which involves going up and down stairs, bending, standing on ladders to reach shelves Qualifications: - A friendly and positive personality - An energetic attitude - A self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well within a small team and follow direction - Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and open to new ideas - Previous distribution or customer service experience a plus - Associates Degree or equivalent If you are interested in applying, please submit the following materials via email with the subject line "Distribution + Your Name": - Brief cover letter - Resume We will be contacting qualified candidates for an interview at our headquarters in Scottsdale.
