Making limoncello 🍋? In your own house? It’s more likely than you think 🤯! Take a break from This Year to make some strong lemon flavored alcohol. It’s a super simple recipe, so just come chill, peel some lemons together, vibe, and in a few short weeks you will have something to keep you company for the next round of lockdowns! Or a fantastic very belated holiday gift. What you'll need: - Approx 10 lemons with nice looking peels - Big glass jar ~750 ml, big mouth to fit lemon peels - Everclear, or the strongest vodka you can find (~750ml) - Method of peeling the lemons (normal peeler or knife if you’re handy with knives) - Bonus drink because the limoncello will not yet be drinkable Join: https://mit10.alumclass.mit.edu/20EOY
